Online Games,affected human being...

What do you think about online game? It's your best partner or your enemy? How does u define which Categories that online game means to you? To me, online game is just part of our life; we still can live without it. Online games not equate to food without it we still survive. Let's think to the back, when we don't have internet and online games, we still have many things we can do. But right now, we can't even stop using our computer for a day, just like the games can't leave their game away for a second.

Online games really work well in this society, their lots gamers use to play online games as their work. Sometime they even can earn more money than getting full time job. To be fair, I should say that online game is a fantastic creation, it fulfills the people needs. Like “The Second Life" which I did mention in my second blog, Second life is one of the famous online game that created to fulfill the needs of human being. What they want and dream of, they can get it from the visual world. They just have to spend a little bit of money and to get their dream and its worth to them. For some of the gamers they have use Second life to earn their pocket money or we can say it as a career.

This is why i say that, online game affected human being. From the improvement of it, the first online game launch until now. How it work with the people and why people will addicted to it. Think about why they have the idea to created these games. As we said there are not wrong or right to said that online game is a bad or good creation, to different people it have the different way of view.

The Documentary

Documentary is one of the small parts of media. Documentary film is a broad category of visual expressions that is based on the attempt, in one fashion or another, to document reality. Documentary film originally referred to movies shot on film stock, it has subsequently expanded to include video and digital productions that can be either direct-to-video or made for a television series. I still remember there was a movie which is about the tornado in the United State, and they recorded and make it as a movie. They publish it as a movie in the cinema, i really can't remember the name at all.

Another Documentary will be the TV channel, such as The National Geography, Discovery and The Animal Planet. These three channel will be the television series about documentary. These channel show about the natural of our earth, the part that we cant really see it with our eye or feel it. For example, the record the step of how a panda give birth and they can make it as a series about panda story, something like that. For The National Geography channel they do record lots of type for their shows, about the wild animal, history, travel and etc. Discovery will more focusing on the history, world of scientist, scientific experiment and etc. The animal planet will be only focusing in animal, almost the show is about animal.

Nowadays, there lots people started to take a video when they are on the way to travel or anything that they think attractive.

This is the video that a few person when to Taman Negara in Malaysia and they took the video from the beginning and what did they visit about the place. Like what i'd said taking a video and post it online is a very normal stuff to do in the high tech world. Even i will post some video when i think is was a good thing to share with others. But what i took is not documentary.

Documentary is not a very famous line for movie, but yet it's good in taking a short video and post it online and share with other. We can go through Youtube to search for it and also we might see it on Facebook, lots users will share the video clip when they think it's good to share out. There are not wrong or right to post a video clip online to share it out. In fact, this is one of the way to share it with other, but there is a part of people will simply named a tittle to attract viewer to click on it, I don't think this is the right way to take people attention.

I LOVE my IPHONE ^-^

Do you ever think for not getting a mobile phone? Can you survive without touching a mobile phone? Guess what, my answer will be NO WAY. I need it all day long even i don't really use it in a day, but still i need to bring it out and i have to see the body of my phone when i was wake. I get my first mobile phone when i was 16, it's a give from my mum and aunty as my birthday present. I still remember that time we don't have any color screen or Mp3 and build in camera is the latest product.

But now you can get whatever you want in a phone. Camera, video record, MP3, radio, Wifi, Email, game and etc. Use to the mobile phone is part of our life, the creator will try to built everything into one small tiny little phone. I still remember when i was small, should be primary school and my dad get his first mobile phone and it was so heavy and huge compare from now, don't have any special function at all. Just imagine what if we're taking it out with us, will it be very stylish? haha, i don't think so, it's too heavy if now i have to take this out i rather use the public phone to make any call.

The new technology gain the new media into one of the important product to the 21th century. This lead to a topic of this week – Will the mobile phone screen become the dominant screen of the 21st century? In my opinion, we do really need it. Without a mobile phone is kinda losing something from our body,we cant get the news straight away it announce or check the timetable for train or email. This is all about a high technology make our life become more easier. I love my Iphone, this is a birthday present from my dad last year. A small phone really work well on entertain, web browsing, watching Youtube, snap a picture and etc. How can a person live without the phone?

New technologies get ever smaller and more powerful (Levinson, P. 2009). This is what people ask for, small, nice, multifunction. One of my friend use her iphone to take note, she just key in the point of what lecturer said and she said when she get back she can do her revision by seeing the point that she take. i really have to say that mobile phone really help the human being in their life.

What did media help you....

Well, as i said technology is a good creation for our society. Nowadays, we can get almost everything we want from the technology, such as internet. Internet do really gave us a lots of information. We just have to search what we want to know then we can get the answer straight away. People using the internet to spreading message and also upload video and picture, and the also have write blog to express their feeling or update some news. Even now politic are using media to promote themselves to the people. Or i can say they have their own support group to help them for doing it.

This is one of the video that my social media lecturer show us in the class. How cute is this video, " Crush on Obama" the name and the lyric are so nice to me. Guess what i did like this song. Obama get voted from the new generation of the voter in 2008 election. In this video we can see that how important did Obame mean to the youngest. Obama had gain a very good image to the youngest that why he can get so many supporter and that why he can win for the election and become the man for the United State.

This is another video which i watched on my tut. Well, we have to know that once you are going to support another man, you will find another way to embarrassed and humiliating the competitor. That what normal people will do. In this video clip i think that they really embarrassed and humiliating Hillary Clinton, which she's also one of the candidates of American presidential election in 2008.

Above 2 video clip that i posted they have a high views in Youtube. Media do really help them and also to cause trouble to them as well. But media really too good for spreading news. Good creation, this i what i had to said it again. Bravo!!!

The Copy Cat

Produsage, is really not a common word for me. Produsage occupy as user and produser, they take, create and post. For example, produsage is participants in Wikipedia, Youtube and etc.

Youtube is a website hat you could upload your own video. Youtube can spead the news as fast as you can imagine. And youtube also fit to any video camera, camera and mobile phone with the function on recording video. Lots people using Youtube to post their video and become famous and being know by the other. From an example, in Taiwan they have a singing contest running every year start from year 2007 until now. And this year they have a PK competitor( which is one of the section for the show) a boy name Lin Yu Chun, he's another name called the male Susan Boyle. Because the size and the way he sing really look alike.

this is the video that he sang in the competition, I will always love you from Whitney Houston. After the produser post this to youtube and more and more people know about it, and now he become very famous in Taiwan and other Asia country. He also invited by a TV show from the United State.

In another way, a lots user also created their own music video by copying the original copy. Here one example of the lady gaga, poker face music video but the people change the lyrics to another but the tempo is still the same, but guess what they got 25,187,447 views. What we say about it? do they success because they copy? Or they really have their own style?


But yet this is one of the success copy cat, let see the another copy cat which failed to being famous.

In this video, it only have 73 views and no comment at all. Maybe it's too weird or funny that make people don't what to say.

As i said, if you are the smart copy cat people will remember what you did and will think it's creative. But if you're creating a shit thing like the third video i post, what will people think about it? That guy's funny and stupid. Create your own, for not being a Copy Cat.

Pornography = Drug

The freedom of internet causing the problem for teenager are not getting worst. Nowadays, there are a lots of youngest using internet just like we do. But they use it in the wrong way, and they know how to search for everything they want to know. We use internet to browsing, send email, and chit chat. Spreading message in the net is like extremely fast, when you just upload it within a minute but the next minute there are someone who reading it.

Ryan Singel says “internet pornography is the new crack cocaine”. i totally agree with it, porn is a thing that make people remember and effect the person too. Even now, there are lots of youngest online looking for the free porn. Although the website will ask for your age, but you can just simply click you are above 18th then you are allow to view the free porn from the website.

The free porn are not only using the real people and also create a animation series too. This even make the youngest more interested with it and they will remember it forever.

Porn really a bad influence for the teenager, even cocaine is better then porn. Cocaine you still manage to stop it, but porn will always stay in your mind. Now in our society there are too many teenager pregnant yet they are still studying. This is always why porn will effect their thinking, they know nothing but keep learning from internet. I think parents are one of the most important sample for the kid, they will learn everything from their parent, because they have more time and see what their parent did. And also the media too, even they will advertise on TV and is not in the prime time but still is a bad influence too.

I DON'T need a 'SECOND LIFE'...

Second life, an online game which is similar like The Sim. But Second life have more function to play with and it only available for playing online. NO offline service like The Sim. In second life you can create your own character and u can design the person you like to be. Your character will be the person you wish to be in real life but you can't. But in the virtual life you can.


Meadows (2008:51) argues that experiences create a grounding of belief. “People in virtual worlds build things, use them, sell them, trade them and discuss them. When another person confirms what I am seeing, places value on it, spends time working to pay for it, buys it, keeps it, uses it, talks about it, gets emotional about it, and then sells it – this tells me there is something real happening. The suspension of disbelief has become a grounding of belief”

i totally agree with Meadows, virtual world you can have everything you want and the thing you wish to have it, but in real life you usually cant get it at all. In my opinion, virtual world is a creation to fulfill the need of human being. In fact, second life is one of the game, which can fulfill the need of the gamer. In second life, you can create your own character and design it the way you want it to be. Buy a land and build your own house and even you can sale it to earn money. Second life is just like a real life but the different is you can manage the thing you want in the virtual world but not in the real world, that why Second life are so famous nowadays.

In virtual world, not only Second life can earn real money, other online games does it too. There are a lots games just sitting at home and keep playing the game and they manage to play in the high level and get the weapons, and they sale the weapons to other to make money. This is what professional gamer did to earn their own money. Now online games become even famous than before, you can play it for free or pay. That is why people can't live without a computer, it's too many things they can do with it.
